I am what could be termed - a renter for life! Living as a renter is not the easiest way to life (as many who've rented will appreciate), I tend to rent longer term and it is advantagous to both renter and agency when the agency sets high standards. The standards I am writing of for City Realty (my agent is Amanda who is fabulously switched on and highly professional - with the added bonus of being a caring and understanding lady) are high in the sense that - they truly do seek to find perfect tenant fit for properties, but also seek to manage a property in a fashion I've not yet encountered. Thorough inspection prior to moving into my rental through City Realty appealed immediately. Receiving a ingoing assessment/document of the rental was a relief-to know the property was looked over so well after a prior tenant has vacated - with details and photos capturing the property prior to entering - is brilliant. This I know is performed with many agencies, however not as thoroughly or as detailed. It is helpful for me as the tenant, in case there is any maintenance needing to occur at some point, also, to know if I am personally responsible should something happen (can't yet think what - but you get my drift!). It is done so well, I am looking forward to inspection - who says this?! Well, when you are aware of what is expected and abide - it is nothing to dread! Reception staff are warm, welcoming and switched on! This is my first month, and I am incredibly impressed! My agent Amanda is a wonderful to converse with, has helped me settle in without worry - and also pointed out information regarding renting which was super handy! I feel comfortable knowing Amanda is an experienced professional! I would recommend City Realty to anyone wishing to sell, or owners wishing to rent out their properties - I feel they go the extra mile and more! Happy client here!

Currently tenant decided not to continue with the rental, a plan was formulated and executed as agreed... even during this Xmas new year period. Within the first opening, we were lucky to get the right viewer and after following up.... they registered and are new our new tenant from first week of Feb... no lost of rental...!

I am a customer for city relty about ten years. . . But I am really disappointed and angry about the agency Tayah Fogarty because she don't know there is a problem with my property. . until now it is impossible to rent out now .I really don't know what did she do for the inspection for every few months and why i have to pay for those agency fee for!? She just keep ask me to pay for the water bill for the old tenant who already move out and told me that they don't have money to pay for the rent...then ask me to pay $1665 for the compensation for the tenant who approved to move in .but that is responsibility in regards the new tenant and me. That isnwhy she is getting paid every week. It is not my responsibility when she failed to exercise her obligations. The state of the house should be inspected as the previous tenant ended contract and make recommendations to me, as the lord if it needs to be renovated or not before leasing out to another tenant.
