Great Service and Communication!
Samantha from City Realty was amazing. She was both professional and prompt in helping us secure our new rental property. She kept us in the loop and updated us as our application progressed. When our application was accepted, she was genuinely excited for us and super helpful in handling all the documents and bond payment.

Excellent Service
Chandy has been an amazing agent to deal with, quickly replies to my 1000s of questions. Collecting the keys was fast and fuss free. City Realty provided helpful information that was easy to understand. The house was clean and tidy and the gardening had been recently done when we moved in making it a smooth transition. Friendly, fast and compentent
All interaction and communication with CityRealty was friendly, efficient and competent. During the holiday season the information flow was a little slow and some important information for setting up electricity and internet prior to moving was not given early enough. Therefore I give 4 out of 5 stars.
