My Wife and I recently engaged Matt and his team on the sale of our house in Terrey Hills. From the outset, Matt was extremely impressive and from the first meeting we felt the comfort that Matt was a professional and not a salesman, which was important to us. Our one request to Matt was that he be honest through the process. Matt understood that we had purchased elsewhere and the sale to us in a quick and professional manner was important. Matt and his team helped get the house ready for sale and whilst it took a lot of hard work from us to get it ready - which we understood - his team certainly carried some of that load and the house looked great for the sale based on much of their recommendations. Matt and Mark were entirely professional through the process, doing everything that they said they would do. Unfortunately the Market took a turn South at the time that we decided to sell our house and Matt was realistic in his advice around that and we understood that it was a hard time to sell as the Media Reports reminded us each day. And the sales results for Sydney also reflected that it was a bad market to be selling. Through his advertising and promotion of the property, Matt achieved 16 parties through our house two days after the home listed and the frequency and numbers of interested parties following that first inspection were encouraging. Matt also made himself available for unscheduled viewings which was appreciated when we knew we weren't the only people he was selling for. Matt's updates on potential purchasers was great and he managed to sort the people that were legitimate from the people that wouldn't be in a position to buy the property and then create a short-list of people worth negotiating further with. In the end, Matt managed to negotiate with the eventual purchaser to a figure that both the purchaser and my wife and I were comfortable - and within two weeks of the first open home.
