Fantastic Agent!
We knew Matt from when we were looking for our first home and he really stood out from all the agents we came across. He was genuine and upfront with us and really guided us through the process that took up to 2 years. When it came time to sell our own home we reflected back on who had been helpful during our buying process and Matt, Lilliana and the whole Cunninghams team stood out above the rest. We first engaged them for their opinion on our renovation giving us great advice about what would work best. From our initial chat with Matt and Lily we knew we were in very capable hands, they were not only extremely thorough and hands on but they really made us feel comfortable about such a big decision in our lives. We knew Matt had our best interests at heart and even now as we are looking to buy our next home we contact him to get his advise and expertise. We would have no reservations about going with Matt and Cunninghams if we were to ever sell again nor would we have any problems with recommending them to family and friends.

Superb real estate Company
Matt is a true professional. In an industry where Real Estate agents generally do not have a positive profile ... Matt is a standout. Striving all the time for the best result. I cannot rate him highly enough

Genuinely cares
We sold our apartment with Matt and Lili and can't recommend them highly enough. Matt genuinely cares about your situation and provided us with invaluable advice throughout the process of us trying to buy somewhere else. He kept us very well informed during our sale process but it was the advice on potential purchases that really stood out for us. He was available to speak at any time, even after our apartment was sold, made enquiries on our behalf and did a sterling job all round

Team player
This purchase was managed by the agent I was selling with, and she found Matt extremely helpful, supportive and upfront throughout the negotiation. He was keen to make the purchase feel as significant an achievement to me as it was for his clients.

Matt has won me over by how professional and knowledgeable he is. During our whole campaign, Matt has kept us very well informed and I felt confident he had our best interest in mind when selling our flat. Matt is friendly and approachable.
