We knew Matt from when we were looking for our first home and he really stood out from all the agents we came across. He was genuine and upfront with us and really guided us through the process that took up to 2 years. When it came time to sell our own home we reflected back on who had been helpful during our buying process and Matt, Lilliana and the whole Cunninghams team stood out above the rest. We first engaged them for their opinion on our renovation giving us great advice about what would work best. From our initial chat with Matt and Lily we knew we were in very capable hands, they were not only extremely thorough and hands on but they really made us feel comfortable about such a big decision in our lives.
