A pleasure to work with
Michelle was very professional, a pleasure to work with, very communicative and honest about the sale process and her client's position. Played the process very straight. Acted in her client's best interests but was very fair in dealing with my partner and I as potential purchaser's, noting our preferred position. Would suggest to all RE Agents the need for upfront visibility about a Vendor's sale price expectation at the outset, as this differed from the Guide. That said, we are very pleased with the outcome and would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle as a RE Agent. Very calm during negotiations and a delightful and vey personable person.

Second Time Using Agent
I had used Michelle for my first sale in Manly, which I was very pleased with. So, I thought I would use her again for my sale in Fairlight. However, I was disappointed with her approach and process this time, and felt her knowledge of the market was limited leading to an unfavourable result for my property. Whilst her communication and negotiation skills are great, I feel I was let down in other areas. I believe a credible rapport and trust between the vendor and agent necessary, and would have made the process smoother.

A dream buying experience
When we spotted our dream home on the internet we were so relieved when we saw it was selling with Liliana and Matt, knowing that we would not be put through the usual stress of buying a house. Lily, Matt and Dan made us feel so welcome at each open home and were upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. Matt so was accommodating taking us through for private inspections and showing our visiting parents through on request so that we could be sure we were making the right decision. Matt kept us informed through each step of the Auction process and we really appreciated his honest and transparent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt.

Professional, reliable & personable. Felt like she gave her full attention to the sale of my property and went above and beyond to get it across the line. Able to give advice and adjust strategy based on changing market conditions but also listened and took instruction when necessary. Highly recommended!
