He is kind and thoughtful, incredibly hard working and honest. He certainly breaks the stereotypical image of the real estate agent that we have experienced in the past. We recently bought an investment property through Matt Nicastri, Cunningham Real Estate Agency, Dee Why. We found Matt extremely knowledgeable regarding buying property in the Dee Why to Narrabeen location and his friendly nature assisted us in sealing the property we were after. His dedication to assist us during the viewing of the property, both during open for inspection as well as early evening revisit, was great. It allowed us to see the property and surrounding area both during the day and early evening to make sure we were making the right decision for us. Our house was a little out of the ordinary as it was built on a battle axe block with steep access and no backyard. Matt was extremely knowledgable and knew exactly how to market a niche property and attract the type of buyer that would fall in love with it. Everything from photography, to marketing to price negotiations was spot on and we achieved a price we were extremely happy with. Matt kept us well informed after open homes and often showed buyers through the house outside the listed inspection times. I'd highly recommended his services to anyone thinking of selling.
