He is a great communicator, able to handle various inquiries that come his way and manage various parties. Our townhouse was tenanted during the sale campaign and he was the main person coordinating the communication with the tenant, prospective buyers and property manager and handles it very well to ensure a smooth sale campaign. He has an open communication style, always updating us and seeking our opinion to ensure we are happy with the result, but a lot of times, we don't really know any better and look upon him to play more of a consultative role to guide us along. Therefore, I would have preferred if he would give us more suggestion on the marketing and pricing strategies to get the best results for us with his experience. The recent sale of our property represented the best real estate experience that we have to date experienced. Mr Elliott Dean provided a very pleasant and efficient service which enabled the sale of our property to occur with the least stress and difficulty possible. Mr Elliott Dean interacts with a genuine charm which is combine with attention to detail, ongoing updates, advice and support. On undertaking our initial discussion with regards the sale of our property Elliott suggested undertaking some painting and maintenance prior to marketing. Elliott introduced us to suitable tradesmen and then organised and coordinated the whole process. With all aspects of the sale we felt our ideas, opinions and options were considered and respected. The final sale price is always going to be affected by market forces and probably rarely as much as a seller would ideally like.
