Elliott did not act for us - we were the buyer and he was the seller's agent. However, I felt that he did the best he possibly could to reach a reasonable position for both the seller and the buyer. He is not overbearing (as many RE Agents are) and had a good manner in dealing with the negotiations, the parties reasonable requests and had the information at hand whenever it was sought. He appeared enthusiastic for a sale but not to the point of achieving a sale just for the commission. If I ever wish to sell, I would be using Elliott to handle our sale. I first met Elliot at a different property from the one we ended up buying. Through the whole journey of selling our propery, Robert and his team worked tirelessly to secure a sale.
