Elliott had kept in contact with me over the 9 years I owned my apartment in Toowong. Naturally when it came to selling my property and selecting an agent, he was on my shortlist. The time difference was difficult but he was available at any time I needed to contact him (late Friday nights, weekends...whenever!). Elliot is a very experienced real estate agent and he worked very hard throughout all parts of the sale process. One of his great strengths was to listen and offer suggestions particular around marketing, price and presentation. He continually provided updates including feedback from open houses and viewings. One area to really highlight was marketing. The photos were sensational and I noticed this attracted more interest via page hits in comparison with other competitors on the market.
