We were keen to sell our house quickly to satisfy a contract we'd put in on another house. Nat was fantastic in getting potential buyers through quickly, and we had our property sold within 4 days, an excellent result! There were times however where I felt Nat was acting more in the interest of the purchaser and not the vendor (us), this led to some somewhat stressful times. Still, we sold the house super quick, and saved on marketing costs because of it. So we got a great result in the end.
