I sold an investment property in West Moonah that I held for several years. Being from Melbourne and not truly appreciative of the local Hobart market I was energised and encouraged by Natalie's local knowledge and confidence in what needed to be done. I was thinking of spending money to furnish the and do some other bits and pieces which would have cost money, however Natalie provided wise advice on what to do and what to leave out. With not alot of money we prepared the place very well and it went to market looking fantastic. Natalie was not to know this, but I very nearly listed it with another local agent, who if I had followed their advice at the time would have sold to someone for much less. Sticking to my gut feeling in using Downton Property certainly paid dividends - great work Natalie !
