Roslyn & I after unsuccessfully trying to sell our house many many years ago were very reluctant to try again , probably not reluctant but sceptical but after being referred to Nat she happily came and met us , had a look around and explained the process that lies ahead which was very positive and reassuring . With no hesitation we followed her advice step by step , worked on some recommendations etc and before we knew it the sign was up and we were selling . Couple of days later the open home was cancelled and we were under offer and contract signed . What a great xmas present , Roslyn & I are so happy with the result . Natalie Downton's Downton Property was one of two real estate agencies recommended by our financial adviser as being very highly regarded. We consulted both before choosing Downton Property, basing this on her approachability and personality, the care and thoroughness shown in inspecting the property and the most comprehensive and realistic marketing proposal. That marketing strategy worked beautifully, resulting in a most satisfactory purchase proposal being put to us for consideration, along with a number of other proposals, within just a very few days. We were delighted with the offers received and the skill so obviously demonstrated by Natalie Downton in the whole process, extending to finalising the agreement of sale. We had occasion to be interstate during some of this time; we had no cause to feel that our trust and confidence in her was at all compromised by that absence. The whole process was conducted in such a manner as to cause us minimal concern, including liaising with our solicitors and all other affected parties. In addition, she very readily offered advice on who else needed to be advised of the sale and how we could best manage those requirements. She also offered and provided contact details of businesses which could assist in clearing the property. We cannot imagine that we could have been more impressed with the conduct of the entire process by Natalie and her team at Downton Property - we were wholly satisfied.
