Shortly after our offer was accepted our house and many others surrounding it flooded with the crazy weather we've had. Susan was amazing at helping us work with the owner, insurer and builders. I recently purchased a home in Perth and have relocated from Sydney. I was looking on the real estate websites and contacted Susan. She asked me what I was looking for and straight away said she had a house that may suit my requirements. The house in Swanbourne we have purchased suits us perfectly. We were not able to get over from NSW and see it at anytime because of the border closures. This has made things quite difficult to negotiate , but with Susan’s help, she has facilitated the process for us. Susan has helped me so much, with Facetime inspections and answering any questions and queries I have had very promptly.
