I approached Susan almost a year before actually deciding to place my home on the market. I was impressed with her patience and gradual approach as I took time to decide to sell. It is such a momentous decision and Susan was always professional, passionate, emphatic and locally knowledgeable of the housing market.

I had heard Susan was very good but she far outweighed my expectations. Her knowledge of the market was exceptional. Her contacts/trades to bring my house up to its best standards were a pleasure to deal with and prompt with their service. Susan has meticulous attention to detail, as do her staff at Duet. Susan always kept me informed and worked hard to deliver the best possible outcome for my family. I could not speak too highly of her and Duet. Lisa
