Susan was professional from first contact to sale close-out. She encouraged us to complete small maintenance tasks and de-cluttering activities and provided details for professionals who could assist. Deciding to sell in a market where demand outstripped supply and with an architecturally designed home meant that pinning down an expected sale price was difficult. In the weeks prior to the sale, Susan kept us informed of local market activity so that by the time we had our first (and ONLY) home open we had a much better idea of sale price expectations... The number of groups that came through on the day of our home open was fantastic and the multiple offers we received made the decision to accept the best offer less than 48hrs later an easy one, notwithstanding the appeal of being able to move on with the next chapter of our lives. Susan works with a supportive team, communication lines were always open and nothing was too much trouble.
