We engaged Susan to sell our investment apartment in Cottesloe after having an excellent result with a previous property which she marketed for us. Susan is a fabulous person to work with-she is up front, very communicative and her mantra is ‘only spend money to make money’ which is what we wanted to hear. She advised us to tidy up a few items and to have the apartment professionally styled which we did. The result was a lot of interest and a quick sale. She gave us honest, realistic advice and she achieved the price she had estimated. The entire sale from listing to settlement took only 5 weeks.
