Susan managed to achieve what every vendor dreams of! An off market sale, with one perfectly matched buyer, at an exceptional price and a clean straight forward contract. Susan produced this fantastic outcome as a result of her powerful buyer database and first class negotiation skills. Throughout the whole process we didn't feel like we were dealing with a 'real estate agent', we were dealing with a friendly, sophisticated and highly experienced operator that always puts the client first. Susan removed every bit of stress associated with the sale of our home, yes that's right, all of the stress, it was a totally stress free process. We are eternally grateful for everything. We would not hesitate in recommending Susan to anyone looking to sell their home.

Buying a home from Susan was an absolute pleasure. We found Susan's no BS and straight up approach refreshing in a market filled with pushy, gimmicky agents who hassle you for weeks after viewing a property. Susan was professional, prompt and polite to deal with. Susan walked us through each step of the purchase process and kept us informed along the way. Were we ever to sell our home, I would certainly ask Susan to do this for us.

Could not have asked for more. Susan was extremely efficient and easy to deal with and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.

Susan is the best! We were impressed from our first meeting and she made the entire sale process easy and seamless. Her knowledge of the market is remarkable and she is super thoughtful and efficient. She got us multiple offers above our expectations just from one home open. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

We engaged Susan to sell our investment apartment in Cottesloe after having an excellent result with a previous property which she marketed for us. Susan is a fabulous person to work with-she is up front, very communicative and her mantra is ‘only spend money to make money’ which is what we wanted to hear. She advised us to tidy up a few items and to have the apartment professionally styled which we did. The result was a lot of interest and a quick sale. She gave us honest, realistic advice and she achieved the price she had estimated. The entire sale from listing to settlement took only 5 weeks. Susan kept us informed every step of the way and we always felt that she was working hard for us to achieve the best possible result. It was a pleasure working with Susan and her excellent team and we look forward to dealing with her again.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Susan on several occasions. From our first meeting Susan was super friendly and engaging. She has a very impressive knowledge of the market and is very upfront with expressing her views and ideas without coming across the slightest bit pushy. Susan was also very willing to listen to our ideas and feedback. Unfortunately our first offer fell through but Susan didn’t hesitate to jump straight in and managed to secure an even better outcome for us. Our experience with Susan and the support staff at Duet was faultless and we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property.

Susan is brilliant to work with and definitely our agent of choice. She is upfront and honest about where the market is at. She is a fabulous communicator and keeps the lines of communication open at all times. She actually does what she says she is going to do. Susan’s intelligence, compassion, positivity and good humour is ever present. Susan kept our spirits up throughout the COVID-19 experience and brought the sale of our house to a positive conclusion for seller and buyer.
