My sale wasn’t the easiest, it seemed to be a very protracted one, given the area of West Leederville, where houses generally move very quickly. There were some other issues that also presented out of left field and then COVID -19 set in, further complicating matters, given the full shutdowns on all movements including home-opens! As if selling your home isn’t stressful enough! Craig, however, kept persisting and was very supportive and optimistic that I would achieve a sale, which eventually I did. So, I would like to extend my personal thanks to Craig and his very dedicated office support team (Jelena, Shannon, Decklin and Drew) who also provided me with great support and kept me posted with updates as they occurred. Michelle's office has a particular focus on the Western suburbs neighbourhood and combined with her design & interiors background, Michelle was an excellent resource on the fabric, character and possibilities for improvement at the house we bought as well as the local area. Michelle's manner is friendly and refreshingly devoid of empty sales rhetoric. The purchase was an expedient process which made a big decision and purchase less stressful than it could well have been.

Michelle Kerr knows Western Suburbs market very well. She was also honest with her fees and her property evaluation. I found her to be professional and likeable . Most importantly she was not pushy. I chose the real estate company based on the sort of agent whom I would like to buy from if I were the buyer. Her company DUET had excellent staff and a lovely office space. Genuinely nice folks who also happen to be very efficient. All in all - it was a personalised experience where you didn't feel like another number. Highly recommended.
