Sam is the most genuine agent I've met who delivers on promises and results, everytime.
I've known Sam for over 3 years after he sold my home in 2019. At every stage Sam followed through on his word and delivered exceptional service, communication and results, everytime. It's what every landlord and seller want's from an agent but is seldom found in the industry.
The leased unit in Phillip is in a brand new building where 100+ units were all available for rent at the same time after settlement, so I was concerned it would take many weeks to find a tenant. Not for Sam, it took JUST 5 DAYS from when the ad went online to when the lease commenced! In that 5 days he did two 1 hr open homes, sourced the very best tenant, signed the lease and had the lease start the very next day!
He does everything the typical PM doesn't, he removes all the friction and coordinates it efficiently. In my experiance with the 'traditional' property management real estate office this process passes through 2-3 different hands, is slow and takes at least 3 weeks. Having Sam do it so efficiently saved me $450pw x3 weeks which is $1,350!!! Amazing!
With the sale of my home in 2019, Sam got more than the asking price for my apartment in just 5 weeks! Given the market conditions in Canberra at that time this was an amazing result. Comparatively other apartments in the same building were selling $20,000-$30,000 less than what Sam achieved for me and they took on average 5 months to sell, not 5 weeks!
I will only use Sam moving forward for all things residential real estate. I will get him back on my side as a buyers agent when I purchase again where he'll negotiate for me and deal with the agents. Best!
