Sam was really easy to deal with, my apartment was listed and sold within a short period of time and the process really couldnt have been smoother. I valued that I didn't have to follow Sam up on anything, from the very first enquiry he was really proactive with each step of the process and took care of everything. He advised me where he saw the price expectation and then met that (exceeded it actually) with the sale of my apartment. The experiance I had with other agents was quite confusing and I just didn't feel the same level of trust and transparency from them as I did from Sam. I valued that Sam was honest, easy to talk to, followed through with actions and sent me updates along the way so I was kept well informed.

My husband and I came across Sam after researching sold apartments by his business Edge, that delivered great returns, within the same unit complex where we were intending on selling. We engaged Sam for an inital chat, he was happy to meet with us straight away and went over his extensive knowlege of the market, property values, expectations etc and guided us through the whole process. He was very professional and easy to get along with, so we knew straight away we would use his services. He also took over property management of the tenanted unit whilst the sale was commencing, which made the process very smooth. Sam was regulary in contact with me, providing updates and liaising with my lawyer. My property was on the market for less than two weeks, until he found a buyer for a price that had exceeded my expectations! Exchange happened shortly after that and he was able to arrange a shorter settlement period to suit myself and the buyer. Overall, a very smooth, straight forward and successful experience - very happy we found Sam, and would highly recommend his services.

Not only that, but he also obtained $20,000 more than our original agent had told us it was worth if we wanted to sell and not waste time with a vacant home.
