When we decided to sell our home in a depths of a Canberra winter, in the middle of a pandemic, in a slowing economy and rising unemployment - we thought, 'no chance'!! How wrong we were. In 3 weeks with 5 open homes and an auction with NO bids (1 registered bidder) our home of 27 years was sold later on auction day, at 9 pm under auction conditions! Sam made it happen, we certainly made the right decision to choose him! For many years we have bought and sold properties both in England and Australia, but in all of that time we have never met such a pleasant and courteous young man who is so motivated, enthusiastic, encouraging, supportive, fair and honest in his dealing with both buyers and sellers and always so dependable. He does not use pressure tactics but uses his knowledge and ideas to discuss proposals and reach amicable outcomes. He carries through with his word and he has been available with his support and encouragement every step of the way. Although we are moving out of Canberra, we will often to think of Sam. We will smile as we remember his positive and happy attitude and of course his cheeky grin. Sam has a great future ahead of him in whatever he does and we wish him well. You will not find a more cheerful loyal friend - yes, we do now consider him as a friend and we will watch with interest as he progresses in his career. We have used Sam for the sale of another of our properties in Canberra. He did a fine job on that occasion and really excelled on this occasion, Consider what you'd expect placing a property on the market just prior to Christmas! Market? What market? "Nothing before February."
