Having led successful property management teams for over 13 years, she understands the importance of communication, education, legislative knowledge, and building lasting relationships with clients. As a property investor herself, Stacey appreciates the importance of protecting and maximising the value of an investment. Her extensive experience allows her to provide practical advice on achieving strong returns while minimising risk throughout the leasing and management process. Throughout her career, Stacey has been recognised for her achievements in Property Management, including being awarded the number one Property Manager in Western Australia for four consecutive years within the former Roy Weston group. Now part of the team at Edison Property, Stacey is passionate about helping property owners achieve the best possible outcomes and ensuring every property is managed with care, professionalism and attention to detail.

Heshan started his career in the Real Estate industry upon completion of his Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University Melbourne. His experience, background and knowledge opened a great opportunity for him as an Assistant Property Manager at Edison Property. Heshan is a friendly and outgoing individual with strong personality and his prior expertise and knowledge in working with landlords and tenants, provide a great benefit to the office. He cares about making a difference, and as a real estate agent, his priority is to make sure his clients are satisfied and comfortable with the real estate process. He listens to his client's needs and wants to achieve the best outcome in every situation. On his days off from work, he enjoys music and learning the guitar. And he is actively participating in his daily workouts at gym.

Alma started her Real Estate Career back in 2007 as an Administration/Property Management Assistant at a small boutique Perth company. After three years in the Industry, Alma decided she was ready to progress her Real Estate Career and completed her Certificate of Registration as a Real Estate and Business Sales Representative in 2010. Joining the Edison Property group in 2021, Alma has been a big addition to the Property Management team. Alma is very organised, friendly and has a bubbly personality that brings good energy to the office. Her focus is achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and tenants. Alma’s great communication skills, attention to detail, honesty and reliability is what forms strong business relationships between herself and her clients. Alma was born in Bosnia and Herzegovina and moved to Australia when she was 6 years old. On weekends, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves being a mum to two beautiful girls.

Jean is an experienced Property Manager with over 20 years in the industry. Originally from South Africa, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management and believes that property management is not just about buildings, but about people and the relationships built along the way. Jean treats every property as if it were his own, placing strong emphasis on open communication and respectful landlord-tenant relationships to protect investments and support long-term returns. Known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, he works closely with clients and colleagues to provide reliable, professional, and compliant property management. Outside of work, Jean is a devoted family man who enjoys staying active and following sport. He is passionate about offering a personal, relationship-driven service and is always happy to chat about how he can help protect and grow your property investment.

Originally from France, Eva’s love of adventure and travel has seen her leave her homeland to explore our great southern land, before finally deciding to settle down and call Perth home. Eva completed her property studies in France and then went on to specialise in Property Management there for the next three years. A natural people person, human interaction and the long-term relationship building that comes with Property Management are a key part of her job that Eva loves. She has a strong determination to help people and wants all her clients to feel confident, connected and cared for. Eva has a great ability to understand what her clients need from her, she appreciates that being a landlord or tenant can at times be stressful so handles herself with a calm and mature manner to make the process as easy and comfortable for everyone. This ability to put her clients first ensures she delivers the best of herself, reflected both in her results and relationships. Eva is very excited about continuing her Property Management career in Perth. During her free time she enjoys dance courses, cooking French dishes (of course!), socialising with friends and enjoying our fantastic Perth weather.
