Recently, we had a property empty and it was broken into resulting in quite a bit of damage. Julie our competent and very understanding property manager dealt with the insurance, took care of all the repairs and promptly rented out the property. I have been leasing my property in North Perth since 2016 and in that time I have had two amazing property managers. Julie took over last year from Troy and has been just as good as Troy. Anytime I have any issues at all, Julie has been extremely helpful and understanding and especially during the whole COVID-19 pandemic she has worked with me and helped me with my rental payments. I am really grateful to have a good property manager!! I hope she never leaves.

Property manager, Julie Taylor, was exceptional in managing this property for me, the tenant. From our first meeting she was professional, organised and respectful. She went through the expectations of her agency in respect of the property, all of which were fair and reasonable. During my tenancy, inspections were quick, non-intrusive and Julie sent a thank you sms with an assessment of her observations shortly after she left the property.
