This is really the first time we have had an agent go above and way beyond to help us. Our rental property was advertised on a Thursday, first home open Friday, Julie had a bit of fun with this dressing up to draw a crowd, handing out lollies to kids, etc. she did a follow up viewing on Sunday and our place was leased by Monday!
