I have had a great experience with the Paragon Property team. The Property Managers are friendly, efficient and professional. Having rented with them for a number of years, the property managers are easy to deal with, prompt and proactive in their response to any issues. Having indoor pets and also being a shift worker, they are flexible and understanding with days/times and with me wanting to be in attendance during inspections. I have been renting with Paragon Property since May 2013. The past 6 years have been great and Paragon have been awesome in every possible way. My agent, Anita is probably the nicest person ever, but more importantly, she is reliable to return emails or calls and organising maintenance when required. We barely even notice rent inspections. It's been such a delight to be treated respectfully as tenants, not like a second class citizen that some agents do.
