As a tenant, we have found the entire team at Elevate to be extremely professional and courteous towards us which is such a refreshing change compared with some other agencies we've dealt with in the past. If there have been maintenance requests for the property these have been dealt with quickly and there have actually been follow-ups from Elevate to ensure they have been completed. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Elevate to anyone who has investment properties or for tenants who want to be treated with respect.
