After three disappointing experiences with other letting agents, we recently listed the property with Elevate. Their proactive approach helped ensure that the property was quickly prepared and detailed for new tenants. They selection process for a new tenant was professional and a new lease was quickly signed (at a market correct level). The pre move-in inspection was thorough and well documented. The responsibilities of owner and tenant have been clearly defined. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Paige would have to be one of the best Realeaste agents in Brisbane. After listing our property with Paige we had a tenant approved for our property in Wilston within 3 days. Fantastic work and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Paige and the team have been nothing short of great. My home is a much loved executive home. Following 2.5 months on the market with a previous big name agency, and during our move overseas (rather stressful), I went with the Elevate team for a change in approach in order to lease my property. Honestly, I had a numerous agencies approach me during the extended time on the market to ‘help’ me lease my property. Paige had a clear, simple, straight talking approach (which she had shared with me early on, and encouraged me to challenge the previous agency). She committed an estimated lease time of between 7 days, I dubiously held her to it with low expectations, but the team nailed it within 5 days with seemingly quality tenants. All this being coordinated from the other side of the world and a flexibility to communicate at awkward times. I can’t ask for more, and I’m very appreciate that I’m dealing with genuine professionals that do what’s written on the tin! Thanks Paige and the Elevate team.

We moved the property management of our Rental from another well known company who continuously disappointed us with their service, to Elevate Residential . Since having Elevate Residential take on our portfolio we have not looked at any other agency the same. Elevate Residential are professional, genuine and efficient and great to work with. As tenants we were treated with professional courtesy and when we entered negotiations with the owner to purchase the property they represented the owner honestly and treated us with courtesy. Overall, a very well presented organisation with well suited staff. We wish them well
