I decided to change agents given my property did not seem to be getting the necessary attention. I talked with Elevate given they are a social enterprise and any profits they make from me go straight to affordable housing. I found their team very professional and knowlegdeable about the market so I gave them the listing. They have found me a tenant very quickly, at better rents than the onsite manager has acheived for me previously and for the same unit type elsewhere in the complex recently. Elevate's property management team are excellent at what they do and communicate really well. I would highly recommend them.
