Paige and the team have been nothing short of great. My home is a much loved executive home. Following 2.5 months on the market with a previous big name agency, and during our move overseas (rather stressful), I went with the Elevate team for a change in approach in order to lease my property. Honestly, I had a numerous agencies approach me during the extended time on the market to ‘help’ me lease my property. Paige had a clear, simple, straight talking approach (which she had shared with me early on, and encouraged me to challenge the previous agency). She committed an estimated lease time of between 7 days, I dubiously held her to it with low expectations, but the team nailed it within 5 days with seemingly quality tenants. All this being coordinated from the other side of the world and a flexibility to communicate at awkward times.
