Hamish and his team got straight to work in renting our newly renovated property by booking their own inspection, photos and multiple listings on various online rental sites. Amazing! After having it with a different agency for 21 days and having no interest, within 48 hours, Hamish had 13 groups through, 9 interested parties, 5 applications and many more inspections which also resulted in applications booked for the following week. We accepted some lovely people who moved in that week and are looking after our investment property beautifully. Literally a dream process and we couldn't be happier.
