Highly recommended!

I could not recommend James enough! I've never had so much trust in someone, with something so important as my adult life's culmination of hard work. All his recommendations turned out to be the best options and really put in the work. We had a few odd scenarios, and he ever didn't know anything, he researched and found sources, but he always did what was in our best interests and his communication was so reassuring. Buying or selling, we will never use anyone again!

Went above and beyond

Being recommended James was the best thing we could have asked for. He went above and beyond for the sale of my partners apartment. We had buyers bail out twice, for stupid reasons. James helped us through the legality of the contract and made sure we were looked after throughout the process. When it came to finally selling it to the right buyer. He made the entire process as expedient and simple as he could. Thank you for all your hard work and effort mate. We really appreciate everything.

Stress-free

James was recommended to me, and made the whole process stress-free, which was important as I am currently living overseas. Extremely satisfied with the service he provided

Delivered beyond expectations

Two years ago, I bought my first home from James and more recently, he sold that same house for me. James has a sixth sense for understanding his clients' needs. He knew exactly what I wanted as a property owner and seller plus delivered beyond expectations—twice! If you want a realtor who knows his stuff, is a genuine person, polite, respectful and doesn't make the process feel like a sales seminar, James is your guy. Highly recommend!!
