Excellent Communication
Derek was helping me to sell off my property in Melbourne while i was in Sydney. He was quite swift in responding to my questions and had excellent communication to keep me advised of any developments. Good Job Derek and Keep the Good work

Good result
Overall a good result. Missed the mark a bit but my fault as i knew i was selling early. Badiha is brilliant at gauging the "at the minute market" A big congrats too to an extremely astute buyer who will be reaping the rewards in the years to come. This particular street still has a huge amount of growth yet to come. Cheers to all involved.

After meeting a few agents with swave smoke & mirror approaches, it was a breath of fresh air to meet Jason, who presented intelligent, friendly & down-to-earth. After employing Jason to sell our home, we were always kept well informed on opens, negotiations, provided great advice & feedback. We found Jason to be very reliable, relatable, professional & his realistic approach is an asset to him. An all round 'great honest Aussie bloke', who went the extra mile to ensure an excellent service! Very happy & highly recommend! He even assisted with advice with our purchase. On another note, we commend Jason on starting up his own business but supporting the local small businesses too! I loved the practical approach of including a stylist, house clean, building & pest inspections as part of the service! Saved us so much stress with our young family! Highly recommend!
