We found Derek to be very reliable and credible in the management of our family property. The communication was excellent and regular, always keeping us informed of progress of the ongoing situation. The house was sold within two weeks for the best price ever for our housing estate. We would have no hesitation in recommending Derek Lea.

Michael has helped us a lot to feel confident and hopeful in such a competitive field as the property buyers market. We were loosing hope in finding a suitable property for our family within our budget and Michael helped us to find it, understanding exactly what we need. Michael was an excellent middle man for both buyer and seller and made us both feel comfortable in making right decisions for the future. Cared about our family's needs and choices with respect. Very trustworthy, highly recommend!

We approached Michael to sell our house because he successfully sold few houses around our area. Michael sold our property within a short time with an excellent result. We found him very approachable and honest. We will definitely recommend Michael to our family and friends.

I would highly recommend Badiha as the person to 'get the job done'. Her experience in real estate and intimate knowledge and interest in the Frankston area is of enormous benefit. She has a genuine interest in her clients and warmth and personal management skills are excellent and very helpful at such a stressful time. Her approach is also extremely professional at all times and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

Michael went with us all the way through our comparing homes, attending openings, sometimes twice, answering all questions, and always having time to listen, in the lead up to our final home purchase. The market is very competitive for buyers, often gruelling, as you lose one home and chase another. In the several months of our searching, Michael came out tops, assisting us, giving confidence, and smoothing the way. We could not be happier. Thank you Michael!

We both liked Michael from the very start as he told us what the property was worth, and what is achievable. He also presents himself very well in everything he does. Would also like to mention Briely as she is superb in every detail regarding our sale.If you not sure who to use Michael as he is worth every dollar he earns.

Great Agent for seller but bad agent for buyer because tried pushing price up or squeezing as mush as from buyer. Unluckily I am a buyer and unfortunately I had to pay higher price than market price.

Badiha is a great communicator with strong market knowledge. Great balance of negotiation between the buyer and seller. I always felt like she had our best interests at heart!
