We can't express how easy it was to work with Michael! He is an agent who has your best interests at heart, with great advice and is so easy to talk to. We had a great experience and were extremely happy with the sale price. Can't recommend him enough!

From our very first meeting with Michelle, we felt very at ease with the process ahead of us having never sold a property before. She was very transparent with our market situation and gave us some tips on what she thought would help us in our sale. We used her advice as sort of a checklist for us and were sold on our first open for inspection. We felt she was very professional and gave us realistic expectations which were exceeded by the end of the process. It was a breeze with Michelle and if we were to sell again she would definitely be our first phone call!

Michelle exceeded our expectations as an agent. She is highly efficient, organised & motivated to achieve a great result for vendors & buyers. Michelle kept in steady contact with us, communicated everything clearly and all with a friendly & confident manner. She achieved a fantastic result for us that we did not expect. I cannot rate Michelle's professionalism and caring, friendly personality more highly. She has made a stressful time much easier with her commitment & passion. Thank You Michelle!

We engaged Derek for the sale of our Townhouses in Frankston Sth after meeting & discussing recent sales in the area. Derek was allways in communication with us prior to & after opens, & the eventual sale price was spot on with his price range. We will use Derek again for any future real estate business. Thanks again.

Not the first time Michael has sold a property for me and again I am more than happy. Michael sold the property after 8 days of listing. Michael is a great communicator and kept me informed every step of the way. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

I recently engaged Michelle Braggins to list my family home. This was a very difficult time for my family as it was due to a marriage breakdown. Michelle was absolutely fantastic, she was empathetic, compassionate and worked so hard to ensure we received way above our expectations. The negotiations were managed between all parties with absolute integrity and professionalism. Michelle provided wonderful pre-sale advice, brought fresh flowers each week and even champagne when we sold. I truly believe that Michelle's interpersonal skills helped all parties with the process of buying and selling and I believe we received way more for our home than expected, as a result. I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone; you couldn't be in better hands! thank you Michelle for your care and results that has helped us through this difficult time, I will definitely engage your services next time.

Having bought and sold on a number of occasions previously via other agents I have no hesitation in recommending Michelle. Her market knowledge, diligence and professionalism made the purchase of my home seamless. Imparting knowledge that allows perspective purchases the ability to make decisions with confidence is great strength... "keep up the great work Michelle and thank you".
