Deb was very friendly, calming and reassuring in assisting me through the process of buying my first house. She went the extra step in carefully explaining the process of putting in an offer and went through the contract with me so I understood what I was doing as it was the first offer I had put on a house. Deb communicated very efficiently with me throughout the entire process. It felt as though Deb got to know me and communicated this to the owners which played a part in them choosing my contract. It's difficult as the agent is technically working for the vendor to get them the best price for their home so it did make me question if I truly needed to up my offer to get the house or not, but Deb seemed credible and honest and it felt like she had my interest at heart also. Negotiation didn't happen when it came to my request to slightly drop the price/ get some things fixed before sale for some faults found in the building inspection, but this was because there were other buyers wanting to put in offers so the vendors knew they didn't need to drop the price in order to sell. I wanted the place regardless so I bought it and the contract was signed within 3 days of first inspection. I would definitely use Deb if i was selling my house as I think she has a beautiful nature and great way with people and makes people inspecting the house feel so welcome and relaxed. Thank you Deb!

Falls Real Estate and in particular their representative DEB DILGER. For medical and health reasons we made the decision to commit ourselves to the traumatic experience of downsizing from our loved home over the last 12 plus years in a location that suited us admirably, and move to an aged care establishment on the other side of the river. Having been an earlier customer some 20 years ago, and after checking out other prominent real estate agents, the decision was made to go with FALLS. We were astounded by the service we received. It was not based on what profit they might get. It was based on a very sound appreciation of what we needed/deserved/whatever. A check list of what we would have to do finally – changing addresses to a wide range of authorities/federal/state/local government etc. The legal requirements. Maybe changing doctors and on it went. To finish off, the sale was completed at the top end of their valuation, more than we expected and DEB DILGER organised relevant lawyers/bank transfers even to the need for a change of our wills. We cannot find any criticism of their/her performance. In conclusion I cannot recommend highly enough FALLS REAL ESTATE and in particular DEB DILGER
