Peter is very professional and ethical, but also very down to earth and personable. Selling and buying are stressful times: our new house depended on the quick sale of our old house. I was very happy with Enrico Palermo. He dressed sharp, spoke well and looked good. His personal manner was friendly, charismatic and respectful. His handling of the photo guy and the floor-plan lady was the same. He made every phone call he said he would. He was at all our meetings on time. He sent me little texts as the process unfolded. His timing with his business functions, meaning web advertising, conveyancing contact, open house inspection, contract offers, were just as he said they would be. His guess at the sale price was very accurate. His explanation of the market was well informed and proved correct. His guess at sale timing was spot on. His opinion of the property and it's market responses were professional and accurate. He is a credit to your company. Lastly I will be recommending him to any friends looking to sell. I take my friendships very seriously and I don't pass on sales business advice to people flippantly. I only pass on business opportunities if I'm sure my friends will benefit.
