He was amazing, working very hard to secure the best offer for us & with a fantastic ability to tailor his approach to even the most tricky client (us!). Clear, honest and constant communication was very important to us & he excelled in this, relaying all the information we needed to make decisions, but without being pushy or intrusive. 4 days then sold!! Wow.... & over and above the advertised price!! I had met with a few agents prior to Enrico and after listening to what he had to say, seriously it really was a non decision to run with him, I listened and acted on his advice on how to prepare the property and wham, within an hour of the property hitting the internet, Enrico was already showing groups through the home (well out of normal office hours), thanks to his clever wording and excellent marketing. During the following 3 days Enrico kept me informed of every movement and action that was happening, by the forth day, he had shown 18 groups through the property and received 4 outstanding offers. Sold!! Just like that!!. In summary i could not be happier with the outcome, selling a home can be a stressful endeavour. Enrico made it a breeze, his method of providing great service to his vendors and achieving the best possible price for the property is a great recipe for success and truly this man deserves full credit for a very easy and great outcome.
