About Abbey

Abbey joined the team at Sarina in 2003 starting in reception and has furthered her career through the Industry including working within our BOQ branch. Through the years Abbey has advanced up to Property Manager and is now a Senior Property Manager. Abbey is responsible for ensuring our entire property management department runs flawlessly, while managing her own portfolio of properties. As the Senior Property Manager and Team Leader, Abbey oversees the running of the Property Management department as a whole and also assists with management of the Trust account.

Originally from Victoria, Kristy moved to the Mackay region in 2005 and has never looked back. After joining the Real Estate industry 2011, Kristy still enjoys the everyday challenges that her position brings. In 1995 Wendy and Russell opened their first office in Sarina. During this time Wendy has experienced all sectors of the Real Estate Industry working in Sales, Property Management and of course Business Management.

Michelle began her Real Estate career in 2011 and on moving back to her hometown of Mackay after 30 years away, Michelle joined our Mackay office with her extensive knowledge in the Property Management sector and a renewed love for the local community. Having been both a Landlord and a Tenant herself, Michelle brings her life experience of both to her role as a Property Manager and provides a professional service from a personal point of view.

Faultless, 3 years and counting.

All at First National have been outstanding. Michelle has been the best Property Manager I've had in my 42 years, she is incredible. The team are always kind, helpful and very prompt in dealing with any issue that has presented. As a tenant I feel respected, valued and cared for by all at First National. They have always looked after myself, my daughters and our home extremely well. I'd be more then willing to encourage any home owner to entrust this team with their property. Wonderful people, who care and strive to be down to earth but also professional and get the job done. They are phenomenal with communication. Repairs are dealt with immediately and with no stress, whether it be an emergency or non emergency. Professional, yet kind, with housing being an issue currently, I have not one ever felt anything but respected and cared for while knowing I'm dealing with people who are doing the exact same for home owners. Honestly, an amazing team and I highly recommend for both home owners and tenants alike. 10/10.
