Agencies in Mackay Harbour, QLD, 4740

I have had a really positive experience renting through this real estate agency. After selling my home, and needing to rent while looking for my next property, having a reliable and supportive property manager and agency made the whole process so much easier. The communication is always friendly and professional, any questions or issues are handled promptly, and i always feel that i am treated with respect as a tenant It has been a smooth and stress-free rental experience, and I would happily recommend this agency to other tenants and landlords.

The team was responsive, professional, and always willing to provide assistance efficiently throughout the process. They have a strong understanding of the local market and provided clear, practical advice that gave us confidence in every decision. Their prompt communication, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping us made them stand out. We truly appreciated the excellent service.

We appreciated the efficient and professional handling of the lease on one of our units. Screening was thorough and communication was good. I am grateful for the service we received.

Rebekah our property manager was very professional and great with dealing with our concern when our tenant broke their lease. Though there's some mishaps with the changes in their procedure, she make sure that everything will be ok and expectations were met. I recommend Rebekah to handle your investment property around Mackay area.

Very professional and easy to work with. Had a tenant very fast and everything was seamless

We had Rachel help manage our recent purchase to get tenants in to rent. She was a breeze to work wish and kept us informed every step of the way with regular contact

Rachel has been the best property manager I’ve dealt with to date. From the initial inspection she communicated frequent updates with us, even updates that she was waiting on an update which was nice to hear so we knew we weren’t forgotten about. She has been very pleasant to deal with and has made the entire process seamless for us. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Rachel

Rachel went above & beyond to get us locked in to a rental. There was constant communication so we weren’t left to stress, any questions we had were answered timely. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, very friendly

I am very happy that Jess Tesdal became my agent, she is very helpful and very kind, if I ever buy a house in the future, Jess will still be my agent and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

I looked at the house one day, applied, and it was approved the next day. They are very good; they give their clients their full attention. I am very satisfied with the agency
