The agent that attended the inspection didn't seem to know a lot about the house or it's history. We then dealt with an different agent that we had dealt with previously and she too didn't have much knowledge of the history of the house. We were told by both agents that the house was tenanted recently, only to find out from our new neighbours that the house has been vacant for two years. The house was not presented very well, very dusty and dirty, dodgy electrical works done, no information has been supplied about the security system.
