The agent that attended the inspection didn't seem to know a lot about the house or it's history. We then dealt with an different agent that we had dealt with previously and she too didn't have much knowledge of the history of the house. We were told by both agents that the house was tenanted recently, only to find out from our new neighbours that the house has been vacant for two years. The house was not presented very well, very dusty and dirty, dodgy electrical works done, no information has been supplied about the security system.

Jai and his team from First National Westwood has been very helpful in finding tenants for my rental property. They used their market insights in pricing the rental property correctly, and conducted frequent open house sessions to attract potential buyers and kept me updated on how each session went on a very timely manner. Also the team was very thorough in conducting background research on the potential tenants, and included rental history, prior cleaning inspection reports and detailed tenant screening information which assisted me as an owner to make an informed decision. Definitely will recommend their services.
