They used their market insights in pricing the rental property correctly, and conducted frequent open house sessions to attract potential buyers and kept me updated on how each session went on a very timely manner. Also the team was very thorough in conducting background research on the potential tenants, and included rental history, prior cleaning inspection reports and detailed tenant screening information which assisted me as an owner to make an informed decision.
