After purchasing a property through First National Westwood, I’ve decided to also take their property management services to look after my rental apartment. Jai, the department manager, has been a delight to work with. He was very clear in explaining all details and was also very prompt in responding to all my queries. I would highly recommend First National Westwood!

I highly recommend Westwood First National as property agents. My property manager worked with me in finding suitable tenants, always checked their suitability and her communication skills were excellent. Tailah was professional and polite in her dealings with both me and my tenants. Which I value very highly. Keep up the good work!

We had various problems with previous property managers and due to that with the tenants. Almost to the point where we're going lose rent for about 9 months. We approached First National Westwood for rescue and from the get go Jai and his team has been extremely helpful. If we had engaged First National Westwood from the beginning, we could have avoided lot of hassle and stress. In short, these guys know what they're doing.

We have been dealing with First National Westwood for over twenty years as managers of our rental properties and as selling agents for a number of properties. We have found them to be professional on all occasions, catering to all our needs in an outstanding manner. I would recommend them as property managers or buying and selling agents.

Negative Amanda is hard to contact on the phone when I have a question to ask. She needs to speed up maintenance response time. I got the answer to the quotation about a month. Not checking well after the tenant moved out, the garbage was left behind at the garage. It took a while to respond to address the issue. positive Amanda is a professional and has a great experience. Was friendly, informed and answered any questions or concerns we had.

Considering multiple lock downs, Jai from First National worked extremely hard to find us suitable tenants. Appreciate the hard work.
