Negative Amanda is hard to contact on the phone when I have a question to ask. She needs to speed up maintenance response time. I got the answer to the quotation about a month. Not checking well after the tenant moved out, the garbage was left behind at the garage. It took a while to respond to address the issue. positive Amanda is a professional and has a great experience. Was friendly, informed and answered any questions or concerns we had.
