I mainly chose Michael as he proved to be the most pleasantly persistent of the agents I interviewed. After all if an agent can't sell himself, then he can't sell. He was always the quickest to respond to me and in more detail as well. His rates were competitive. He turned up on time, and when he said he would. He accepted after hour phone calls. He presented professionally to me and to the potential purchasers. Michael pursued potential purchasers to keep them interested. The auction day was well managed. We have engaged Michael twice now to sell properties. We originally met him at an Open for inspection for another property. We were so impressed by his honest and direct communication when looking at another house we decided to contact him about selling our house. We were impressed by the fact that Michael is not your traditional sales person who makes everything sound wonderful and is over the top with flowery language. He is down to earth and gives an honest appraisal of your house. He listened to what we wanted and sold the house the way we wanted as opposed to trying to convince us if we did not go immediately to auction our house would never sell. Both times we have listed properties with Michael (14 years apart), he has sold both properties after 1 open for inspection and well, well above what we hoped to get. His style for engaging with potential buyers works for the vendor, and means less mucking around and back and forth. Michael has very sound knowledge of the industry and the areas he works in. I hope he is around when we next want to sell as he would be the first person I call.
