At our first meeting, Harold quoted us sale price more than we expected and he was true to his word, At the auction, he told us what to expect and if we didn't get it; it would be passed in. At the following weekend, we had a lot of people attending and the unit was sold at the figure he quoted us. During the whole process, he told us not to waste money on advertising in local papers. Just the internet, board and flyers. Also he gave us contacts and pricing for solicitors, advertising and furniture staging which were all correct. He gave us a updates on the OPI straight after the event. His knowledge in this area is outstanding and would recommend him to anyone.

Not everyone's reasons for selling their home are happy ones. Michael quickly realised this and was very empathetic to my situation and what my expected outcomes were. He provided me with realistic improvements that I could do to enhance my property. Other agents had given me long lists of things to do which were out of my scope, both in terms of financial and time frame constraints. Michael was always available when nerves got the better of me and guided me through the selling campaign with great and immediate feedback after each open for inspection. On the auction day itself whilst it didn't start of as planned this quickly turned round in the space of 15 minutes (I timed it) and both new buyers and myself were soon grinning whilst signing the Contracts of Sale. I cannot imagine using anyone else to sell my next property as I didn't actually feel like I was dealing with a Real Estate Agent - even my children commented on this.
