Great result
We recently sold our townhouse in Caringbah South through Ivan at Gibsons. We were introduced through Kathryn of Innovative Property Advocates and found the whole experience reasonably stress free. Thanks to Ivan and Kathryn we achieved a great price which we are very happy with.

Well executed sale
Very happy with both the purchase of my new home followed closely by the sale of my existing home executed with the support of Ivan and Karla. I found both Ivan and Karla friendly and easy to do business with. The communication was regular and timely keeping me constantly updated with bids and interest in my property. This is not the first time I have sold property, but it certainly has been the most positive.

Always reliable and trustworthy
We have engaged Chris several times over the last 15 years and keep coming back to him. Sale of my Miranda Unit

Incredible Result
We engaged Ivan to sell our grandparents home, from the second we met with him and Farrah he was so down to earth, honest and easy to chat with. The most important thing to us was that our grandparents felt comfortable with the agent that would be selling their home and that was Ivan! My nan is a hard women to impress and she was extremely happy with the service Ivan and Farrah provided. They were real and honest with us from the get go, constant communication with multiple members of the family (which would of been annoying), but nothing was an issue for them. The result at auction was more than any of us could of dreamed of and we believe this was because of Ivan’s team and all their hard work. Excellent Service!!

Very happy with our sale
Ivan and Karla were a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of our home. They had plenty of advice for the preparation and marketing. They communicated consistently and effectively throughout and kept us constantly updated with bids and interest in the property.
