Selling a property remotely can be a burden, but as Ivan outlined when I first contacted him, he did all the heavy lifting allowing my sister and I to focus on the care, health and settling in to Aged Care of our beloved Aunty. Ivan managed cleaning, maintenance and even some minor upgrades, communicated frequently and transparently throughout, and as he was dealing with my sister locally and myself interstate was incredibly patient throughout.
