We engaged Ivan to sell our grandparents home, from the second we met with him and Farrah he was so down to earth, honest and easy to chat with. The most important thing to us was that our grandparents felt comfortable with the agent that would be selling their home and that was Ivan! My nan is a hard women to impress and she was extremely happy with the service Ivan and Farrah provided. They were real and honest with us from the get go, constant communication with multiple members of the family (which would of been annoying), but nothing was an issue for them. The result at auction was more than any of us could of dreamed of and we believe this was because of Ivan’s team and all their hard work.
