I engaged Chris Walsh of Gibson Partners to sell my apartment in Willarong Road, Caringbah. He was at all times helpful and extremely professional in his dealings with me. His assessment of the value of my property was accurate and he always worked in well with me regarding the inspection times. Chris also gave extremely good advice on how I was to present my apartment to the best advantage and all potential purchasers that he brought to view the apartment were qualified buyers. His level of communication was at all times superb and I knew at all times what his thought process regarding the sale was. He is also an agent with an extensive knowledge of the market and was extremely supportive and helpful. My daughter who has bought and sold several properties through him, recommended him to me for the sale of my apartment. Buying a home in the depths of the Covid 19 crisis was always going to be a challenge. Chris shone through and made the experience an enjoyable one and by bring a level of humour, humility and sincerity into the transaction at a time when this is sorely needed in the world. This gave my family the confidence that we are making the right decision and purchased the home from him.
