My wife and I had been monitoring the market within the area for over 18 months and in that time had seen many properties and dealt with many agents. Chris was very helpful was willing to have meetings half way in relation to the property as I was a 30 minute drive away. He also made arrangements to meet me there so that I could have carpet measurements done before settlement. All in all went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him.
