A positive and enjoyable experience all round
We both bought and sold a property through George in the space of two weeks. Whether a buyer or a seller, we felt in safe and capable hands with George. He worked hard for the vendor on both occasions - keeping costs to a minimum. And he worked equally hard for the purchaser - keeping in regular contact with us and prospective buyers. We particularly liked the Openn progressive auction system that George uses. As a buyer we knew where we ranked amongst the bidders, without knowing what the other bids were. As a seller, we knew everything about how much each purchaser was offering and when and by how much they were increasing their bids. It could not have been more transparent. And quick! Each property went within a week and both were in a country town 100 kilometres from Perth (even though George is largely based in the city). Thanks for restoring our faith and trust in property agents, George.

What a wonderful sales experience to have George looking after us for the sale of our property. Honest and straightforward
Buying our first home in Australia could have been a daunting task, however Creagh explained everything very clearly and allowed us to take our time in a very fast market. I felt he was doing his job in getting the best price for the owner , whilst still being fair and open with myself . His help didnt stop with the completion of the sale but he and Matt also gave me some good advice to sort the utilities . If I come to sell I will not hesitate to use Creagh and his team

A good experience George was on the ball nothing was too hard for him

Organised and Hard Working
Stella helped keep us on track to get a complicated subject to sale offer with a few hiccups (unrelated to her services) over the line in a very hot market. She was great in keeping our seller calm while we got our ducks in a row to sell our property and get our finance approved. Her advice was spot on and everything ran exactly how she expected. Got us a great offer. We were very happy with her services.
