In that time, quite a large number of the homes sold in the vicinity had his name on them. As I owned a unit it was a difficult sell, because money was so cheap. Buyers were simply not going to pay for a unit when for a little bit more they could buy a house. I was a proactive seller and moved my price down to get it moving. John got an offer but, to my surprise, he got an offer at my original asking price. Very happy!
