We had a very short window of time to sell our home and Suzi was prompt and professional. She went above and beyond to help us to get the house ready for sale.

I purchased this property through Stella a number of years ago. I personally would not consider using anyone else to sell my property in Joondalup. Stella has outstanding knowledge of the property values due to her many years of experience in the area. She is hardworking, honest, very professional and knows exactly who to target when marketing the property. She gave excellent advice on how to present the property. The result speaks for itself. The property sold at the top end of the asking price, (which was more than I expected), before it's first home open. I always recommend Stella to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.

My house was sold in one day due to great advice and little preparation to get the house in order and legal. The whole experience was hassle free and went very smoothly. I achieved a price I was more than happy with, above my expectations. John was always on hand and answered all my queries promptly. He has great knowledge of the area and above all is honest with both seller and buyer. This is the reason I have dealt with John more than once over a 10-year period.

David’s promptness, knowledge of the market, great communication , kindness and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process very simple. David’s honesty, professionalism and eye for detail meant that I felt 100% confident and comfortable buying my new home. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Dave Brewer at Force.

I mean where do I start? From the beginning of our house hunting process Kirrily was outstanding. We were first home buyers moving from the east with a million questions. The service and advice we received from Kirrily and Kayla was beyond what we could ever hope for. Nothing was too much trouble and her upfront and honest approach should be the gold standard for any real estate agent! We loved Kirrily so much, our family are looking to buy in Perth and will also be using Kirrily's services. If you are looking to buy or sell a property and looking for the perfect real estate agent then congratulations, your search is over!

Dave's knowledge and communication through the process made me feel at ease. It was only a short period between the tenants vacating and an offer coming through. Professional, punctual and always willing to answer questions and provide guidance. Working with Dave - it just works. I can’t recommend him enough.
