From our first meeting until the sale ,and beyond,Suzy showed the utter proffessionism that comes with being the top selling agent in our area, an area she and her team know extremely well. We would not hesitate to recommend Suzy and Arthur to any prospective buyer or seller knowing they will go above and beyond what would be expected by any client.

After having lived in the area for quite a few years, and seeing the many agents over time operating around. It became obvious to me that the stand out agent was Creagh Ferdinands. In that time, quite a large number of the homes sold in the vicinity had his name on them. So on that basis, and speaking to some people who sold their homes through Creagh, I believed he was the obvious go to person to sell my home for me. I would most certainly Recommend Creagh Ferdinands to any one thinking of selling or buying a home. His knowledge and understanding regarding real estate is top class. Also, the fact that he keeps you thoroughly informed regarding each step in the process. That I believe is of paramount importance, especially in something that can be hugely stressful. In summary, I would like to say that my dealings with Creagh Ferdinands, we’re Excellent, I don’t believe it could have been any better. Also, I would like to include Matthew Errington. Matthew, who also helped in the sale, is very knowledgeable and personable, and very pleasant to work with. Many thanks To Matthew.

David was excellent to deal with as a purchaser. He knew all the details about the apartment building as well as the individual apartment, which gave me confidence about the purchase. He was thorough, communicative and pleasant to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a property he is marketing.

Creagh made our experience an absolute breeze, from start to finish. We live rural and wanted to sell our house, we thought it would take a lot more involvement from us but everything was taken care of behind the scenes we really didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our house went through one home open and just a few days later, we accepted a great offer, with Creagh’s knowledge and advice we felt we could trust him. We are extremely satisfied with the professional, friendly, reliable service from Creagh and his team at Harcourts.

I am so happy that we chose Creagh Ferdinand and his team to sell our house. Creagh told me that he would get the best price for my property and he did. From start to finish he was brilliant in every aspect of the sale. I would recommend Creagh to my friends and we hope that we get another chance to be able to use his expertise when we look for our next home.

He done so with customer service skills not often seen today in business. He was available not only during regular business hours but late into the evening to address questions that we had during the process. As I owned a unit it was a difficult sell, because money was so cheap. Buyers were simply not going to pay for a unit when for a little bit more they could buy a house. I was a proactive seller and moved my price down to get it moving. John got an offer but, to my surprise, he got an offer at my original asking price. Very happy!
